Default Question of ethics...."First light"

I know the right answer to this question.....but I'm going to ask, anyways.

I have a "Deer" that's coming into my set when it's.....let's just say.....not exactly "LIGHT" yet. It's not dark.....but the sun's definitely not up. I can make out the outline of the deer VERY well.....but I'm unable to make out antlers (or lack thereof). This deer has come in on me a few times....and it's a BIG deer. It always leaves within a few minutes.

Now....I can make out this deer's entire body.....just no antlers visible (I have a buck tag). Is it unethical....OR....unLAWful for me to take this deer?

I don't mind getting preached to.....because I haven't done aynting wrong. I'm simply asking what you guys would/might do?

Thanks

jeff
