Default RE: Having Trouble Deciding

I have an 11-87 premier 3"... my boss has a brand new super black eagle II... best friend has an 1100 and a new winchester SuperX 2.... superX2 is a fine auto, i like it... i wouldn't mind owning one... my 11-87 and the 1100 are more than adequate for me for clays, skeet and hunting... fits me well and is comfortable as is and i am not of large stature.. the 11-87 is smooth as glass and has never failed me and recoil is quite mild, it's a beautiful gun... handles anything i feed it... the Benelli... i donno.. lots of bells and whistles, VERY expensive and honestly... my 11-87 performs just as well when plugged for 3 in the tube for birds... and it cost me half as much...

just a matter of opinion.. handle em all.. see how they feel... shoot as many as you can and then make your decision...

if money is a concern... you won't go wrong with an 870... the express grades are a bit rougher than the wingmasters though but still function pretty well and smoothly... just make sure you give the gun you plan to buy a good going over before you plunk down the cash... don't be afraid to make them get others of the same model out for you to look at... you are the customer...
