I have some friends who have huntedon the national forest near Wardensville for probably two decades. They had the worst year ever up there, seeing few deer and only getting scrub bucks.

Liberal doe seasons are nice to help drive down overall deer numbers, but we need restrictions on bucks too if we want them to survive a few years and grow!
