Good replies. I'm pretty much in agreement with what's been posted. I'm not trying to promote someone else's thoughts about morning hunts, just offering them here for discussion. Like I said earlier, I usually hunt whenever I can get out in the late season and that includes plenty of mornings. I have taken at least one huge doe on MLK birthday a few years back, but I still remember taking quite a few deer in the late afternoon hours. It does give me less incentive to drag myself out of bed on thos especially cold and raw mornings though!
