Here in Michigan, you can hunt anywhere as long as your 450ft from an Occupied Dwelling, unless you have WRITTEN permission. If the City has an Ordinace against hunting in city limits, your screwed. But where I live, everyone bowhunts in city limits, its almost hard not to. People own 40's and 40's of land that are within city limits and that is where the majority of the deer are. I have yet to hear of someone getting a ticket for bowhunting in city limits, but everyone also keeps it quiet.
