Default RE: carbon arrows

That's why I like ACC's.

I just checked 1/2 dozen of my 3-39's and was impressed considering these arrows are about 3 years old with hundreds, if not thousands of shots on them.Inserts have been changed from Easton halfouts to pdp inserts.I also was checking right at the tip and checking tip alignment with the arrow.

2 with field points had a total indicator runout of .002
1 with field point had.006 t.i.r.
1 with dead head broadhead had 006 t.i.r.( I shot this one tonight with @ 40 yards in the same spot as A field tipped arrow)

1 with dead head had .002 t.i.r.
1 with steel head 100 gr had .007 t.i.r.

Some of these arrows have taken deer and some have not.I am not sure if the arrows that were out were the arrow or the points but they all hit their mark so I am not concerned. And they all shoot together.

I checked all my arrows (10) with 17" centers and my indicator didn't move on almost all of the arrows. There was 1 that was out almost .001. I realize that 17" isn't the standard 28" but good enough for what I was wanting to see.

ACC's are definately worth the extra cost.
