Here where I live in Kentucky, we have to get written permission from the Chief of Police in the town that you want to hunt in. In our town we have a pretty largedeer population. To the point that I see deer eating in peoples yards on my way to work.Maybe you need to call your county game warden and see what they can do about opening it up for bow.
