I've also shot about 200 or so Remington Kleenbore's and have found them to work basically as advertised=less fouling.

As to if they are worth the extra cost? I don't know. I did recently purchase 1200 Rem Kleenbores because they were on sale for less than Win209 shotgun primers (my staple primer).
