Nope. The broadhead kills by causing hemmoraging and internal blood loss, the 410 slug doesn't. While in a perfect scenario the 410 slug could kill a deer it surely wouldn't cause enough blood loss to be a quick kill (unless a major artery was hit).
While I think the .410 is an inadequate deer round , it most certainly
does cause enough internal bleeding to kill a deer . If you don't believe it try standing in front of one , once it drills a hole in both of your lungs your opinion will change . Shot placement is what really does the job regardless of what causes the damage , stick an arrow or a bullet improperly and neither will work .
