Hopefully you put timing marks on your bow when the new string and cables were installed <img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle> That way you can tell if your string has stretched and where your bow timing is. If so put some twists in the string or cables to put your bow back in time. Then retune your bow! Depending on what your string and cables are made of will determine how much stretch you have gotten. By now your string and cables should be settled down and shouldn't stretch much more.
