Default String/cable stretch question

I had new cables and sting installed this year. I probably have around 3-400 shots on it now. I initially tuned it to a bullet hole, and planned to adjust it as things settled in after a 100 shots or so. It never seemed to move, so I sighted in and thought I was good to go.

The last visit to the range, I noticed it seemed like I was getting a touch of funky flight. Looking down, where my arrow was resting perfectly horizontal from string to rest, the rest end now appeared to be lower.

I checked it with a square, and it was. I just shot through paper, and I am in fact hitting fletch high, but in addition I am now off nock left as well. This suprised my, as I didn't think string/cable stretch would affect my left and right. Should it?

Anyway, to get the bullet back, my arrow is now MUCH closer to the riser, close enough that by eyeballing it, fletch contact appears possible (I shoot 1 fletch up, two out, with a drop away), but the paper doesn't bear it out.

I plan to re-visit the range this afternoon to see how things are flying and adjust my sights, but man, I'm confused. Could something else be going on here?
