Default RE: Rubber Boots

Rubber boots are key... If a deer should cross your path (which hopefully you'll get a setup where that shouldn't happen) they will be ALOT less likely to smell you with rubber boots... BUT... Wearing them in your truck, getting gas, coffee, in the house, ect... Scent is going to get on them... MAYBE walking through mud or a creek would wash away some of that... But why chance it... I use Scent Safe bags and I have one specifically for my boots... I do not get dressed in ANYTHING that I wear into the woods until I get out of my truck and get ready to walk in... That includes my boots... Everything I take into the woods except my weapon (which is stored with scent wafers) is kept in that bag until I get where I am going...

Maybe I take it too far... But I put alot of effort into my hunting, and it's the little things that get you close...IMO...

Good luck with your decision...
