Don't you think if there would be more to the story that he would have probably taken the tag off from the beggining?
I have no idea..........you can't possibly be surprised that a picture of a deer with a petting zoo tag in it's ear would raise some eyebrows.
This is a great site as for as learning different things from different hunters but what's most disappointing to me is that the minute someone posts a picture of a fairly nice deer, suspisions and accusations are immediately thrown in response - just sounds like jealousy to me.
Posting a thread of these contents and then asking for people's opinions on the subject leaves the door open...........you can't have it both ways. Don't post threads asking for opinions if you are gonna get your feathers ruffled by the ones that don't agree with you. No one is attacking anyone personally and their is no name calling or cursing or any nasty remarks. Just opinions...........which is exactly what you asked for.
I would be proud of that deer if I killed it - tagged or not.
And I can't possibly see how anyone could be proud of shooting a tame animal that grew up in a cage. We just have different opinions.........doesn't make either one right or wrong......just different.
