If youve never turkey hunted, and your going with a bow, I would definitely hunt from a pop up blind, It makes life a lot easier to get to full draw with a sharp set of turkey eyes nearby. If you have the blind, I would worry about adding more camo to your bow, unless it is shiny or something.As for calls, Id try a slate or glass call, get it now and practice with it, they are my favorite type of call, but you have to move your hands to operate it, but once again, something the blind will help with. Id also get a simple single or double reed mouth call to have for close in calling, and a little variety in your sounds. Good luck with it.
