Why sand down 99% of a nice bore with grinding compoundbecause a couple of tiny burrs that are unsightful to the naked eyeare sticking out of 1% of it's rifling?

Soft lead at those speeds can remove those burrs. Soft plastic cannot! Even after doing all this, most rifle bores still need alot more shots to be considered broken-in.
