Same in Iowa. I think food plots are legal, but not bait piles.

I don't like the idea of baiting deer anyway. Lureing a bunch of deer to a single feed pile is a darn good way to spread disease. There's no evidence that says CWD affects humans, but it'll possible ravage the deer population if affected herds are brought together with healthy herds by baiting.
