I purchased this CVA Elipse Hunter new for $79.99 last year and I was wondering if anyone had any advise for a newbie? I shot a doe at about 20 yds. last Dec. and used Hornady XTP 300 with (2) Pyrodex 50g pellets and it seemed to work pretty good that close, she went down like a ton of bricks. I am reading as much advise as I can from this site, great site!
