RE: 4x4 or 8pt
Here, an 8 point is an 8 point. A 10 point is the goal for many, and if somebody shot a12 point this debate would become mute. If somebody shot a really messy non-typical some wise guy might call it an 11x17, but it would be followed by a sarcastic snicker.
The metric system didn't catch on down here either.
Of course we are strictly talkingwhitetail deer.
