OK tell ya what fruitloop.I'll meet ya halfway.I think there's some areas at least in the NC that are one bad winter from the deer being very close to wiped out.This would be in big areas of state land.Most areas in the state have parcells of private land with controlled hunting or no hunting at all which saves some deer.I'll tell ya this,some areas have slim and I mean slim pickins.Well below the DPSM they are reporting.And they were smart not to do the fly over count in these areas.
