I am trying to decide what venison dish I want for dinner tonight. I have a nice batch of jerky drying right now but that is for snacking.
I went to college with a guy that cooked venison with bacon........I didn't really see the point because it killed the venison taste.......but anything that tastes like bacon is OK with me
