Default RE: Whisker Bisquit Accuracy

Jeff,

I think you missed my point. The rest does not have to be completely silent in order to kill a deer at close range. I am willing to bet your clothes make more noise when drawing than your rest does right? So while thebiscuit may have made more noise than your drop away does, I doubt it would have spooked the deer. Remember you may only have been 9 yards away but you were elevated as well so your sound (if any) is still quite a distance away from those ears. Unless the deer was looking at you there was no way you could have known for sureyou would have been busted. The only way you would have been able to tell is if you drew back your bow. But then your post would have been something like "I shotmy first deer and the Whisker Biscuit is the cats meow"

I will take the pros this rest has to offer over any of the "presumed" consit has. I believe it's just a matter of time before you realize this is a great hunting rest andresume the ranks

Good luck to ya and good hunting
