Perhapsthose who arehaving noise issues..... maybe theirarrow fits to tight inside the biscuit? Or their arrow has an abrasive finish / texture causing the noise?
That's what I think it is. I switched from a carbon size biscuit to the aluminum size large hole and not only is the thing silent, it doesn't effect even the cheap vanes in the least. I am shooting Beman ICS 340 Camo Hunters and they are quiet. I have killed fourdoes so far this year and all have been 20yds or closer shots, the deer never heard me draw. I have said this before, if you think the rest is good now switch to a slightly larger opening and you will be amazed!
