I couldn't even get the casings for my sticks over the end of the 1/2 inch tube so I would either have to go to a bigger casing to try what you are saying. To give an example of the size of the casings we had, we tried to rig up the end of a turkey baster onto an existing grinding tube because our casings fit on that... but that didn't work so well.
