I have tried on 3 separate occasions to sign up, and they only responded to a hotmail address. I'd try going to www.hotmail.com and setting up a free e-mail address and then submitting your hunting-pictures application through hotmail...you should get a response that way. You'll be set up in no time! Hope this helps.
