Default What size stuffing tube for snack sticks?

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can clear up my confusion. I have a small LEM grinder (a #5 I believe) that came with 2 stuffing tubes - a 3/4 (20MM) and a 1" (25mm). I ordered the smallest one I could get for a #5 which turned out to be a 1/2" (15mm). Unfortunately it wasn't the size I was looking for. It produced sticks the size of what I consider to be breakfast sausage. I'm looking for something more in the size range of a dime or a little bigger.

So, from what I see now, my #5 won't take the smaller tube that I'm finding which is a 3/8" (10mm). Is that generally the smallest tube out there and the one usually used for snack sticks? I do see a hand stuffer from cabelas that comes with the 10mm which would be an option as I"m not ready to go up to the next size grinder which would have the 10mm.
Thanks.
