Me and my grandfather found a nice 6 pointer that he had passed on earlier this year cause it didn't have 4 points on one side ( new law ). Anyway some one gut shot him during rifle season. I don't know if they just couldn't find him or they found out he didn't have four point and left him. I think if you shoot a deer he is yours no matter if he had the four point or not and you should take whatever the law has waiting for you like a man or woman.
