I have that starter with assorted tips.Works great.Used on Power Belts HP and poly tips and Hornady HP's.Nice little toy to have that prevents bullet distortion partic in tight barrel or in those 2-3rd load/shot situations when the load gets a bit tight[:@]

There is another one out there with plastic tip.Can't remember who makes it without lookin in my BP bag.
