I can not ell you fot sure, I do not own a Knight - my 40mm require a medium height ring and looking at my RemingtonsI am not really sure you could get a 44mm on and have room to adjust it back and forth to a comfortable eye relief it would really be close. The A&H has high rings and I have plenty of room for adjustment there. Hopefully someone with a Knight will respond and their information will be more accurate....
