OK, thanks. From what I understood about the sytem, I didn't think it would. In fact, a Summit is what I use.

I just had a thought. If I used the static rope to also pull up my bow and my backpack, would that weight be enough? It seems to me that you just need something to anchor the tag end of the rope down so it doesn't pull up when you slide the ascender up the rope. Or is my line of thinking totally off here?
