I agree. That's a Ruddy Shell Duck. A lot of people raise them, but they're not native to N. America. It probably escaped from an aviary somewhere. Apparently, they're pretty aggressive ducks and they can withstand extreme cold temperatures. What do you plan to do with it? Eat it? Mount it? Matt
