I sent the picture to a bioligist in Auburn, AL and a friend that works for the corps of engineers, and they both think it is what they call a Ruddy shell duck that is native to Asia. They have been contactingeveryone they know that might have this kind of duckin captivity, but no real Identification... I don't know.
