Default RE: Best long range deer caliber

Limiting yourself to a maximum distance of 100 yards is just plain retarted.
If we're going to discus something, don't be so simple minded, limiting my maximum distance to 100 yards is not retarded. Plus retarded is spelled with a D not a T. Its what I am comfortable with. You may be comfortable at 300 yards, am I saying that your retarded for shooting so damn far?? Nope.

You shoot the most "accurate" gun ever, the 7mm, and your obviously a "professional" shooter since you are military.
I am not going to baby-sit you son, I never said it was the most accurate gun ever. And I wouldn't call myself a professional shooter, better than average though. lol

I'd put money I could shoot a tighter 3 shot group at 300 yards than you could at 100 yards.
sure, I'll put my e-money on it too. Look at the logic of this situation. I very seriously doubt you could.

I have missed a few deer, not many.
I bet they were the ones out past 300 yards, you should be practicing your .0000098 inch groups at 1000 yards then.

We could compare number of kills, and we'll see when you reach as high as me, if your hit/miss ratio is still the same.
lets not get into a pissing contest here. Don't put too much meaning into online stats.

I want to hunt with you, when that monster 30pt buck steps out at 105 yards, he would be all mine!
Well, you must be brain dead, I guess I need to clarify myself, AROUND 100 yards is what I am comfortable with. Plus, I wouldn't let you hunt with me, obviously you have no respect for others.
