Don't worry The Mindless, I am on your side. I am totally against the seatbelt law, the helmet law (over 21,) and high tax rates on alcohol and smokerettes. I beleive that people should have the choice to do what they want to do with their lives.

I think what has most of the people on this board so perplexed is that you are such a advocate of health and saftey, you follow all of the "rules" for a better life, except one; wearing a saftey harness in tree stand on a rainy day with muddy boots. I think I speak for all of us here when I ask why?

If you are so carefull when handling power tools, driving, and what you eat and drink, why did you choose a tree stand saftey harness as the ONE saftey precaution to ignore? Is there something that I am missing? Is there some cosmic formula that states if I follow all of the life advice that you offer that I am 100% guarateed to NEVER fall out of a tree stand?

One would beleive that a person who excersized so much caution in his life would ALSO excersize that caution in the tree stand. One would also beleive that one who excersizes carelesness in a tree stand would also exercise the same carelesness in the rest of his life. If one is something othar than that, they are either a scitsofrenic, or full of $H!t.

I think you are probably the latter with a slight case of the former.
