They don't sell Foster(rifled) type slugs in Va. ?
I get very good accuracy with them from my 20 ga. smoothbore with a modified choke . A 3/4-1 oz. slug trumps a bunch of overgrown BBs any day for stopping power and you'll get far less damage to the meat and hide.
