Skinned, quartered, aged, boned, cut, wrapped and frozen at home. Got a little station set up in the basement. It's a pain in the rear but well worth the trouble.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
Jet man you may want to use freezer tape instead of the masking tape. It's made for the colder temps and wont let go like masking tape will..add another buck or two to your costs.
