If you want to see some really scary numbers, run a roundball sometime. If people were to judge a bullet by all the magic number of you need this much energy, and this much speed, etc. Most roundball loads would be out of gas by 75 yards, and 100 yards would be out of the question ... if the ballistics numbers someone gave me for the B.C. of a roundball are correct..

Shot placement will bring your animal down a lot faster then getting all concerned about how much power do I have and how much speed.. Although they are good indications of your load and I can understand your interest...
