A nice thick rope can help. Throw a rope over a sturdy tree branch high enough tie 1 end to the deer in the location of your choice tie the other end to your bumper, trailer hitch, ect... drive forward pulling the deer up into the air, if you were smart then you also tied a loop into the rope into the right location then once the deers high enough you use the loop to tie the rope off to a tree then back under and untie your knot and the deer drops into the back of the truck....
