statjunk...... i don't know what these other guys are talking about. but if you sight the 300 dead @ 50 yards with your line of sight around 1-1/2 inches above the borethis is the first time threw the line of site. you will be 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch high @ 100 yards and it will drop down threw your line of sight again around 140 yards. these are notexact numbers but they are very close. you should always check at the differant distances to be sure. i shoot most all my gunsin deadat 50 yards except for like aslow old 30-30and there is very little fine adjustments to be made to shoot out a couple hundred yards. p.s. i do agree with the 25 yard first zero being to close unless you are planning on some really long shots and alot of fine tuning.
