Default RE: A Season to Remember

Blodg, I know what you're going through. We had twins, a boy and a girl, born 6 weeks early and already had a son. (He turned two, two days after the twins were born) Both needed oxygen for the first two days. The boy was smaller, but seemed stronger and was off oxygen first. He took a few days to get up enough weight to go home. The girl was having problems with her digestive tract, lazy bowel syndrome. She couldn't digest her food and had to have aPIC line put in her to keep her nourished. She had to be move to the Children's Hospital for the King's Daughter for this procedure. So for several days we had one child at home and one at one hospital and one at CHKD. After a week her digestion kicked in and she started eating. (she hasn't stopped since )
They are both doing well and are a handful. They will turn 3 in January.
Last December we found out that my first son had an inoperablebrain tumor. He is doing well right now and we pray he will continue to improve and will be able to go hunting with me one day. Nothing makes you feel more vulnerable and more frightened than to see your own children seriously ill. I will pray that your twins continue to do well and are home soon.
