I'd either catch them or kill them. Catching them would be the first option and they only way I wouldn't catch them is if they were mean and tried to bite and if that were the case I would kill them. Like others have said, it isn't there fault that's why I would try to catch them and then take my frustrations out on the owner instead of them but if they were mean that now enters the category of personal threat and I ain't having that.
