Take them off. I know in Wyoming there have been Grizzlies spotted in mountain ranges that are nowhere near Yellowstone. Even places that haven't ever held grizzlies. Same thing for wolves. I know that the year they introduced Wolves back into yellowstone, the Elk population was nearly 15,000 head in that area, now the same heard is under 9,000.
