while the 223 and 22-50 will kill a deer, they are more in the varmint category. while the 25-06 is more of a deer rifle. So there is no comparo. 25-06.
While the .243, .257, .250, 6mm, 25-06, and 7mm-08 would be in the same category, you couldnt go wrong with anyone of these as a deer getter.
