Funny how a photoshopped pic can stir this place up. I'm not so convinced a field-tipped arrow would penetrate two places in the skull and have enough power to keep come out a couple feet. I may be wrong, but I think it's fake.

As for a real life situation, no, never take a skull shot with a bow. Geesh, that's common sense, no?
