Ok I have $550 to spend on a new bow here's what I need in it.

50-60# Draw weight
28 or 29 Draw lenth
Quiver
Sights
Case (Perferably)
Stablizer
Arrow Rest.

It has to be tuned and have the pins set decently since I have a hard time setting them.
