Having the barrel floated and the action bedded will run you from about $60-$80 depending on your neck of the woods. A trigger job should run between $25-$40 again depending where you are located. Floating the barrel should make your rifles point of impact more consistent than if it isn't floated. Although, some rifles shoot better groups without having the barrel floated. If you take the gun to the range and it performs well you may want to just leave it alone. However, on the Ruger I would certainly have a trigger job leaving the pull weight at 2.5-3 lbs. Since the rifle wears a laminated stock it should remain stable and not make your zero wander around like a solid wood stock will sometimes.
