Default RE: Colorado pheasant hunting

Thats fine that you cannot afford my fees. The walk-in is gonna give you a hassle if you think that you can hunt it alone or have it to yourself. I can take video and broadcast what is taking place on the walk in ground. It is nuts. But at the same time if your patient and wait until December or January it could treat you pretty good. I just hate to see anyone waste time effort and gas to be disappointed. We do have good #s here but dont get Caught up in the rat race. I dont have a problem telling anyone tostay away until December. Your success rates will go up and you will see birds. I would always like to sell a hunt. But that is the truth for our area. There is a lot of landowners who dont want to give access. But patience is a virtue. This is the last area of Colorado that outfitting is not a priority. But it will soon happen. I have lost my honey hole for free quail hunting in Kansas. But am willing to pay for the quality of ground that it is. My view point is what I have to offer is not gonna be over run with people it will be managed to the effect that each and every person is gonna have a quality hunt. So in my mind you have to take into consideration the man hours I have spent myself into offering everyone a quality hunt. A quality hunt can only happen if for the most part that it has been managed. Not to many people for too many days. Just something to consider. Our hunts are on all private ground where the bird #s are great. This is the same ground I have hunted for 10 yrs. It cant be all bad.
