I was curious what the difference is when you shoot a deer in the guts with a gun or bow. Do you still have to wait 8hrs? Will they get up and run away? Thanks.

Partner, if you shoot it in thestomach, better hope you did'nt hit the crap pouch.
Most likely you might have to track it for a distance. I would wait for 2-3hrs and then
start blood tracking it!
