i have to many ml. i went from a tc renagad to a white mountain carbine,to a mk 85 .At that time i thought i was king of the shooters with this mk85 with a 2.5 x 10 atect, Then in early summer i got a tc omega put another 2.5x10 on it and have shot it well over 100 times. Before i put the scope on it i shot about 20 or 30 times with tc lead bullets. Then i put the scope on it and started messing with powder loads and bullets,i found that using the 150 grs. of 777 and 230gr.xtps was the best setup for my gun .I bought a box of 100 fmj.230gr.just to play with after i got my scope set ,the full metal jackets hit the same spot that the xtp hollow points do. These fmj. will go through just about anything. I shot some old water melons sunday at about 50 yards with the 230 gr.hollowpoints,total melon blast was way to cool.
