OPening day this year. we went for the evening hunt. It was gusty, about 25-30 mph gust with a constant of about 15. We spooked a dear walking to the stand, it was bedded down.

We have hunt high winds and pouring rain (it was nto suppose to rain, we were stuck in the stnads whne he started, luckily, there is a roof on my stand....lol) anyway, we did not kill that day, but I saw the monser buck on the club, chasing a doe in the rain.

So now, I do not care what the weather is like I will go and hunt. Well and the fact that we have to go whenever we have a babysitter, so we can't pass that up...lol
