Of all the actions listed, The bolt ON AVERAGE is going to shoot the best. No Doubt. Having said that, out of a 100-150 rifles that I have owned, the single most accurate was a 7600 Remington pump in 270. Second was an over/under Savage with a 30-30 top barrel and lower shotgun barrel. Both guns would shoot the 130 and 150 gr Ballistic tips into 1/2 inch at 200 yards. All the rest were bolt guns with a 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser at the top of the list. The three guns listed were out of the box and the Swede was a stock military model. It did however have an aftermarket trigger. These were three shot groups.
